WhirlyBall - Mar 19, 2006

SEMers and their guests gathered at the WhirlyBall center in Clinton Township to play WhirlyBall, eat pizza, and enjoy an odd game with their club friends. Late developing scheduling difficulties probably caused the resulting low turnout. But, from all accounts, those who did attend had a great time and enthusiastically pursued this exciting game.

For those who are not familiar with WirlyBall, imagine a form of basketball played while driving bumpem cars, using a whiffle ball, and a plastic, cesta-like divice to throw the ball. This sounds somewhat wierd, but it all works together.
