Spring "Dust off" Tour

Spring Fling

The first drive for the year turned into a big success. Weather was a little bleak but it did not keep the enthusiasts at bay. This drive consisted of starting and ending in Livonia, Michigan.

Once we gathered at the initial location Howard Gilson stepped out into oncoming traffic to get the group out as a whole. Things here went extremely smooth until after the last car left there was an immediate accident just beyond the exit. My guess would be the rubber-Necker watching all the great cars zooming past them.

The group made a short stop in Pinckney for some appetizers. This was a well deserving pit-stop after driving through Hell, MI where there was a true testament to the suspensions on our vehicles. There we had cheese, crackers and some wine spritzers.

Once the crowd cooled down from the hot ride we then left and ended up at Champp’s Restaurant in Livonia where we were seated into a private room and got a real chance to gossip over the ride.

All really seemed to enjoy themselves but rather have me go into a full diatribe on this let the pictures tell you the story. Remember pictures are worth a thousand words.
